Chelsea Lientz, Strategist
Launching a product, brand, small business, or organization uses the same fundamental structure that is critical to success. It means acknowledging that you, the founder, effect every aspect of your business. Your personality influences which outreach tools will be effective. Your short term goals direct who your first clients should be. Your long term goals direct which back-burner projects should receive incremental attention and which should move forward.
I do not, and a general rule, believe in the wholesale outsourcing of core business responsibilities. You need to be able to manage your website and social media outreach. Should you opt for a marketing partner, you need to know how to manage that relationship.
With a diverse background that includes political campaigns, teaching, non-profit management/fund-raising, and small business consulting, I work with clients to identify and work through barriers to creating a successful small business or non-profit. Everyone struggles with brand development, and by making the launch manageable, clients are able to make key decisions and take the steps that are right for them.
CTL Strategy accepts clients who consider themselves are masters of their passion but not entirely sure how to bring it to market.
Naturally, I'm a big advocate for learning something new.
